We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 CAD.
For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping speed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. During peak seasons or exclusive drops, processing times may be slightly extended.
GLXY Apparel will notify you of tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received your email tracking info within the standard processing timeframe!
We ship globally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country. GLXY Apparel is not responsible for these additional charges, and they must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for more detailed information on order changes and quality commitment.
